AlderArc uses different return rules for personalized and non-personalized products. Please contact us before sending any item back.

Personalized or custom products

Products made with customer-submitted names, dates, text, photos, graphics, monograms, family names, or other personalization are custom-made for the order.

Personalized or custom products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund because of change of mind, buyer preference, customer-submitted personalization errors, or an incorrect size, variation, color, or other option selected by the customer.

This rule does not remove support for an item that arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or personalized differently from the information that the customer correctly submitted.

Non-personalized products

A return request for an eligible non-personalized product must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

The item must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in its original condition. Original packaging should be retained where reasonably possible. Contact AlderArc first and wait for return authorization and the correct return address before shipping anything back.

For an approved preference-based return of a non-personalized product, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise. Original shipping charges are not independently refundable for a preference-based return unless required by applicable law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or does not match correctly submitted personalization, Contact Us promptly with the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging where relevant.

Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include a remake, replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

Before sending an item

Do not return an item without authorization. Return locations can differ from AlderArc's business contact address.
