How do I choose a size or finish?

Review the available variants, measurements, images and option labels on the product page. Only the options shown there are available for that design.

How is the art displayed?

Display methods vary. Check the product page for the information provided with the design you are considering.

Can every design be personalized?

No. Personalization is available only when the product page displays personalization fields. See Personalization Help before ordering.

How long will my order take?

AlderArc uses one standard timeline for U.S. orders: Production 5–7 business days + International transit 5–7 days + U.S. domestic delivery 3–5 business days. Production and shipping are separate stages. Read our Shipping page and Shipping Policy for details.

Can I return an item?

Personalized or custom products are not returnable or refundable because of change of mind, buyer preference, customer-submitted personalization errors, or an incorrect option selected by the customer. Eligible non-personalized products may be requested for return within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to condition and return authorization.
