Every AlderArc product starts with the same question:

What materials and construction best serve the purpose of this piece?

Our collection may include products made with MDF, wood-look MDF, acrylic, printed surfaces and other components selected for the specific design.

Because construction varies from one product to another, the exact materials, dimensions and care information are always provided on the individual product page.

MDF & wood-look surfaces

MDF allows us to create clean shapes, precise layouts and consistent surfaces across many personalized designs.

Some products may use wood-look finishes to bring warmth and a natural visual character while maintaining the structure required by the design.

Acrylic

Acrylic may be used when a product benefits from transparency, layering, contrast or a smooth writing or display surface.

Thickness, finish and application can vary depending on the product.

Printed details

Some AlderArc pieces may include UV-printed or other printed design elements.

Printing allows names, dates, graphics and structured information to become an integrated part of the product rather than an afterthought.

Built around the product

We do not apply the same material specification to every AlderArc piece.

A keepsake box, learning product, milestone display and interactive family system may require very different construction.
